One thing I have noticed since moving into our RV Starbuck is the kitchen is quite a bit smaller
than I am use to. I don’t always want to make complicated meals using multiple cooking devices because of the lack of room. If I can make quick RV meals using the least amount of space and cooking equipment, I’m a happy camper!
I threw this recipe together while Natalie and I were still in our sticks and bricks home, but it occurred to me that these fish tacos are one of those quick RV meals. Aside from the ingredients, this meal only requires a grill (Yay for cooking outside!) and a bowl.
Is this coleslaw dressing just named Coleslaw dressing in a jar at the store?
Yep, bought it at Walmart. you can make your own as well, its the standard mayo based slaw dressing.
